If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these conditions of intelligence gathering and analytics processing.
Our platform provides data insights based on historical and real-time market indicators. Use of these tools requires a commitment to ethical data standards. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised protocol.

Ownership of Digital Property
All content, features, and functionality including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Troy Strategic Metrics.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to access our platform solely for your internal business operations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our data insights without explicit written consent.

Liability Limitation
Troy Strategic Metrics provides strategic guidance, not financial or legal advice. In no event shall the company, its directors, or its analysts be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our data insights. Decisions made based on our intelligence remain the sole responsibility of the user.
The maximum total liability of Troy Strategic Metrics for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the company in the twelve months preceding the claim.
